Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new clients, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing domestic and international customers. Understand client needs and respond to inquiries effectively.
Handle end-to-end processes for international trade, including contract negotiations, order management, delivery coordination, and logistics planning.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments in the sectors to support strategic sales planning.
Collaborate with suppliers locally and abroad to gather product, pricing, and supply chain information, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
Work with team members and leadership to design and implement targeted sales strategies for specific products and regions to meet business goals.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations based on customer specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing structures.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly. Coordinate with internal quality teams and suppliers to resolve product-related issues.
Contribute to meeting individual and team sales objectives through proactive sales efforts and strategic planning.
Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, trading companies, or logistics companies (especially with customs clearance processes).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Language Skills: Japanese with JLPT N2 or N3 level and English Intermediate level
Valid driver’s license and driving skills with personal car required for business use.
