Job Title: Import-Export Sales (Japanese-Speaking JLPT N2 or equivalent.)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Import-Export Sales Representative who is proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, including existing clients in the manufacturing industry.
Conduct regular client visits (2-3 times per week) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Travel by company car with a driver during sales activities.
Communicate client requirements to internal Thai staff and ensure timely and accurate execution of services.
Prepare and present reports to Japanese and Thai supervisors regarding sales activities and client feedback.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or equivalent. English proficiency at a conversational level or higher.
Proven experience in import-export operations and sales within the logistics industry.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Working Conditions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 17:50
Salary: Negotiable
Bonus: Once a year in December (based on company performance, actual 1.2-1.5 months)
Salary Increase: Once a year in January
