Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the renewal registrations in foreign countries all over the world. This includes coordinating, primarily in writing, with both foreign companies and clients (both Thai and foreign), preparing all necessary application forms, and analyzing, drafting, and reviewing correspondence and reports to ensure that information provided is accurate and consistent.
- Work to ensure that all issues are addressed, that information is factual, accurate, timely, and succinct, and that the language and tone are appropriate. The position is in charge of making sure that priorities and deadlines are met.
- High-level written communication skills in both Thai and English are critical. It is expected that all drafted communications will be grammatically impeccable, requiring no corrections in this regard.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- The ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently is essential.
- Experience in using MS Office suite, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, is required.
- Bachelor of Arts in English or a related filed
- 2 - 3 years of working experience
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and translation skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Capable of prioritizing work, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written (in both Thai and English)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts in English or a related filed
- 2 - 3 years of working experience
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and translation skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Capable of prioritizing work, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written (in both Thai and English)
