HRBP Staff (Workplace in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok)
Position: HRBP Staff
Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
Business: Manufacturing
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle HRBP all loops.
Strategic HR Partnership, lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, employee retention, and organizational transformation to foster sustainable growth and a high-performance culture.
HR Operations, Performance & Development
Ensure employee records and HRIS system are accurate and consistently updated.
Design and oversee a fair and transparent performance management system.
Implement succession planning and career development frameworks, and provide guidance on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Coordinate Learning & Development programs, including role-specific training initiatives.
Manage compensation-related processes such as merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and payroll.
Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
This position, salary around 30,000 - 35,000 THB + Bonus
Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher.
Over 3 years’ experience in HR at Manufacturing business will be advantage
Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
Able to work under pressure and different culture.
Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
Able to travel to work in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
