Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate objectives.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with HR functions.
- Provide HR guidance on complex employee relations issues, legal requirements, restructures, and planning.
- Offer performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through close collaboration with management and employees.
- Identify training needs, evaluate, and monitor training programs for effectiveness.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in resolving complex people issues, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HR laws and practices.
- Effective time management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
