IT Staff

We are looking for passionate and service‑minded IT Staff to join our client. You will play a key role in supporting IT operations across corporate offices and expanding store locations. This position is open for both junior and senior candidates (3–10 years of experience) who are eager to grow, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support to corporate users and store staff (onsite & remote).

• Troubleshoot and support applications, infrastructure systems, hardware, network, and POS systems.

• Coordinate with IT vendors and external service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

• Support store expansion by providing flexible and adaptable IT assistance across multiple locations.

• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and service reports.

   

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in IT general support in a corporate environment.

• Hands‑on experience with Application Support, Infrastructure, and POS Systems.

• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

• Japanese language skill is a significant plus.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and customer‑focused mindset.

• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work well under dynamic business needs.

• Flexibility to support various store locations as the company continues expanding.
