Job description:
HR Part
• Sourcing suitable CVs or resumes via websites or any online platform, coordinating with recruitment
agencies, as well as conducting pre-screening processes to provide feedback to the hiring manager and schedule interview appointments;
• Preparing onboarding documents, training schedules, and company assets for new employees;
• Planning and researching suitable training courses based on employees' conditions and gathering employee requirements to develop their skills;
• Generate monthly attendance reports;
• Carrying out any other necessary work or ad-hoc assignments delegated by the Supervisor.

• Managing all related meeting rooms schedules, vehicles, building, and condominium contract processes;
• Preparing visa and work permit related documents for ex-pat employees;
• Managing and controlling the procurement process, including stationary and office supplies;
• Handling document delivery, shipment tracking, and customs clearance processes.
• Managing the demo products list and checking the demo product stock;
• Carrying out any other necessary work or ad-hoc assignments delegated by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Working experience in General Administration or HR functions is preferred. (New graduates are welcome)
• Understanding of general human resources procedures and basic Thai labor laws.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (HSK 4 or above).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a can-do attitude, teamwork, and an open-minded approach.
• Good fundamental computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
