Our client is an international training and consulting firm. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Bangkok.
Qualification:
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR.
- At least 3 years of Management experience as Manager
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Fluent in Thai and good command in English
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, pay roll, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
- Responsible for overall HR welfare & benefit operation. Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Create employee engagement strategy.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
