Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.
- Analyze current and future business operations and plan to determine financial effectiveness.
- Provide financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and analyzing actual reports.
- Manage outside lending and equity relationships, as well as relations with investors and shareholders within the investment community.
Qualification:
- Hold CPA is a plus.
- over 10 years experienced for Accounting and Finance management from Listed company.
- Passed the training course "CFO’s Orientation Course" from SET
- Deal with Bank, Interest, Bond, Loan
- Experience in listed company.
