Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business performance in Thailand, ensuring strong results across sales, operations, and profitability.
- Develop and optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies in collaboration with Category and Merchandising teams.
- Monitor market trends and analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations to enhance customer engagement, increase store traffic, and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and cash flow; implement cost controls and manage banking transactions.
- Strengthen operational processes and service standards to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
- Represent Thailand in regional planning and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as mall operators, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical ability, with a proven track record of driving sales and category growth.
- Hands-on experience managing P&L and cash flow.
- Leadership style suited to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English required; additional language skills are a plus.
