Finance Manager
Location : Phathumthani
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the finance department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
- Supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and risk assessment.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 15-20 years in finance, with significant leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
