Finance Manager
Location : Phathumthani
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the finance department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
Supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and risk assessment.
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
Proven track record of at least 15-20 years in finance, with significant leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
