SALARY: 100,000 – 150,000 THB
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead our garment/apparel manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory production, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving profitability. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate effectively and foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership & Efficiency: Work closely with Management to optimize production processes, identify and implement waste reduction initiatives, and enhance overall factory efficiency and profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Establish, implement, and rigorously ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Oversee production reporting and conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all factory operations comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and maintain accurate and complete factory paperwork and documentation.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Resource Management: Manage production schedules, allocate resources effectively (manpower, machinery, materials), and optimize inventory levels to meet production targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing, process optimization, and technological adoption to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years in plant management, operations management, or a senior production role within the garment or apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, AQL standards).
- Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Thorough knowledge of factory regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in relevant production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English communication
