Responsibilities
Extensive experience of manufacturing business and IT, lead and offer customers full solutions that include consulting, system building and development, operation follow-up, and maintenance.
Participate in pre-sales and bidding operations alongside the sales team.
Meet with customers who are primarily manufacturing firms to learn about their needs and lead/provide solutions and suggestions. and testing, interface creation, and cooperation between the System Engineering and Sales teams.
Ensuring the product can be delivered to the customers according to their expectation.
Responsible for the further implementation as project manager, lead and create business requirement/design documents, collaborating with development partner to lead development.
In charge of the system engineering process's extremely high QCD. ▪ Strive to establish a connection between ERP and digital solutions.
Oversee and mentor the present team members to ensure they can fulfill client expectations by delivering high-quality solutions.
Ensuring the product can be delivered to the customers according to their expectation.

Assist the sales team in preparing pitches and proposals to show prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree graduation or related fields.
Strong English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
At least one or more project experience of ERP (SAP S/4 HANA) and IoT project.
Ability to manage system development (design, build, test, deploy, cutover, hyper-care).
Ability to organize and lead testing activity (plan, prepare, execution control, collect data, manage bug-fix, evaluate quality).
