Job Description:
Coordinate with the company’s sales agents and internal production department.
Prepare and send quotations to sales agents based on daily inquiries
Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Marketing) or related fields
- Experience in Sales Coordinator for 3 years or above
Good communication skills in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3 level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
