🔹 Key Responsibilities – For Chinese Market Clients
Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets
Conduct regular client visits (approx. 3 per day) to maintain relationships and explore new opportunities
Expand customer base by identifying and onboarding new clients
Prepare and present quotations, product overviews, and value-added proposals tailored to client needs
Forecast sales, manage order coordination, oversee production planning, and handle contract execution
Monitor receivables and manage slow-moving stock efficiently
Complete ILAP Basic certification within the first year and Advanced level within three years of employment
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise
Fluent in Mandarin (required)
Proficient in English or Thai for business communication
Foundational understanding of lubricant products
Familiarity with industrial oils and mechanical systems
Experience working with Japanese clients and senior executives, with a focus on relationship building
Ability to create and follow up on after-sales service reports
Skilled in cross-border coordination with international branches
Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
Marketing know-how and strategic thinking
Understanding of production processes and mechanical systems, especially in automotive and HVAC sectors
Proven track record in sales and client management
