📝 Responsibilities
Communicate and present products/services to Chinese clients
Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare sales reports and market analysis
Coordinate with internal teams
High availability for travel to up-country sometimes
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer satisfaction and preserving the company’s reputation
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, service-minded, and able to work under pressure
Own car with a valid driver’s license
