Job Description:

• Be responsible for individual achievement on Life.
• Search the new prospective clients from the internet and database of SCS.
• Find the new prospective client by cold call. (Internet searching)
• Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese.
• Approach the prospective client by knocking on the door and making a relationship.
• Contact the client to request the information for quoting.
• Cross-selling to get more customers in non-life team.
• Support Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assign.
• Make an appointment with the new prospective client to visit and get the information.
• Co-ordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and negotiate with the insurer.
• Submit the proposal to the prospective client. Make a presentation to prospective clients during bidding.
• Follow up the feedback from the prospective client.
• Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction.
• Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to the renewal team smoothly.
• Report the problem to the supervisor and manager to find the best solution.
• Support some of existing customers along with renewal team especially for big case to maintain with us.

 Qualification:

• Experienced in new business/sales at least 2 years.
• Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance.
• Graduated in bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point.
• Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skills.
• Be very careful and can work in detail job.
• Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy
• Good in English communication skill.
