Location: Bangkok.
Responsibilities:
Collect, evaluate, and record stakeholder and client business requirements.
Convert business requirements into user stories and functional specifications for the
development group.
To guarantee alignment with corporate objectives, collaborate closely with developers, system architects, and project managers.
Examine current company procedures and suggest ways to make them better or automate them.
Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT), system configuration, testing, and solution creation.
Serve as a point of contact for Thai development teams and Japanese clients.
Encourage post-implementation tasks like problem-solving and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.•
At least two years of experience working as a business analyst or in a related position, ideally in banking or systems for financial services.
Experience in system implementation or integration projects.
A solid grasp of the BFSI industry's regulatory standards, business procedures, and financial products.
Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and meticulousness.
Proficiency in English documentation and communication.
The capacity to collaborate with Japanese clients and comprehend their demands and business culture.
