Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08.00-18.00 (Base in Silom, Factory in Chachoengsao)
Job Descriptions:
- - Initiating NPD, marketing strategies, and plans (BTL/ATL), from proposing, executing to monitoring end-to-end process of the campaigns.
- - Monitoring all campaign progress, evaluating result of marketing activities and marketing communications, and then reporting the concrete feedback for further improvement to the management.
- - Developing approved communication and best utilizing selective media to ensure sales conversion in cooperation with advertising agency.
- Manage, motivate and supervise team members, agency or outsource creative to develop to design for each marketing campaign.
- - Understand the KPI for each media channels and be able to set the suitable KPI.
- - Manage and update sales promotion.
- - P&L management.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or any related field
- - Min. 10 years of working experiences (5 years in management level) in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field
- - Proven experience in brand and marketing management for FMCG
- - Good command of English both written and spoken
- - Strong inter-personal, management, negotiation skills
