Position: Backend Developer – Team Lead (Golang)
Salary: up to 120,000 THB
Location: Bangkok – Central (Hybrid)
JAC Recruitment is helping a leading fintech company find potential Backend Team Lead (Golang) to help develop a digital asset related platform and manage the team of fast-growing and dynamic backend developers
Ideal candidates should be able to lead the talented team of backend developers to design, develop, deploy, and maintain products as stakeholder request.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain internal systems and services that meet business and technical requirements.

Work with cross-functional teams and with third parties to find best practices
-
Participating in code reviews, write automated tests to maintain fintech products for internal / external users

Troubleshoot and debug to ensure the performance of the system.

Update new technology and adapt to the existing / new products
Experiences:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.

4+ years with Golang. Practical experience in other backend development languages to develop API and microservices.

Proven experience leading development projects (fintech / blockchain is preferable).

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with previous experience in leading

Able to write automated tests for web applications

Proficient in Thai and Good in English
