Job Description
- Coordinate between clients and team.
- Review the presentation and preliminary drawings & co-ordinate for turnkey projects.
- Responsible for estimate material and overall cost of construction.
- Responsible for preparing architectural drawings to submit for permission from the government.
- Attending the consultant and clients, outsourcing designer and attend site meetings.
- Monitor work program and submission schedule.
- Design works and assignments from supervisor.
Job requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with professional architect license (level 2)
- More than 5 years of experiences in Architect/Interior Design, especially Factory
- Good command of computer programs such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Revit2019, Photoshop, Lumion, Illustrator, MS office, etc.
- Good command in English.
- Team communications, Management time, Responsibility skills and willing to work hard.
