Job Description:
- Overseeing, leading and be responsible for company sales and marketing department
- Developing and managing sales selling cycle and methodology. Supervising the preparation, assurance, and delivery of Sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs
- Overseeing annual sales budgets, margin, and net profit according to the company’s targets.
- Overseeing in company marketing strategy (planning & execution), budget planning, result tracking, and adjusting plan in order to meet company target
- Be a company representative for public affairs and communication efforts
- Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors. Increasing and opening new opportunity
- Participating in the development of Company new projects
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
- Coordinating with department managers and Sales Marketing staffs to develop business plans for the company
- Supervising the preparation, assurance, and delivery of Sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
- At least 10 years of working experience of Sales & Marketing Management. F&B industry is preferable
- Fluent in English language is a must
- Excellent communication skill, business manners, strong leadership, multitasking
- Proactive, Strong managerial and management skill
