Requirements
Carrier Sales and Onboarding
• To identify and solicit new transportation companies to join the Ezyhaul platform,
following the suggestions from Sales, Procurement and Operations in terms of type
of carrier and vehicles required
• To onboard these carriers in accordance to Ezyhaul Thailand quality standards
• To provide Ezyhaul app training for dispatchers and drivers and refresher training to
all carrier partners
• Provide support to increase app utilization across our carrier base
• Provide support to increase the use of EZYBilling among carrier base
• Provide support to decrease POD return times
Carrier Performance Management
• To create monthly and carrier score cards from Ezyhaul system using the KPI’s
tracked in the system
• To validate the accuracy of the data on the score cards
• To share the score cards with the Ezyhaul carriers
• To schedule and hold monthly or quarterly QBR’s with carriers
