Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in Store Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in Beauty/fashion/commercial focused retail environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate selling experience
- Comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
- Leadership, Store management experience
- Excellent communication in English
- Communication in Mandarin is an advantage

Role and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets
- Manage all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience
- Drive the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives

Store performance and monitoring
- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
Self/team management: People development
- Lead service by example
- Balance time between selling and leading team members on the sales floor
- Ensure there is always a manager in charge on duty (MIC) on the sales floor, focus team members on serving customers and on selling
- Schedule staff so as to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks
Self/team management: Training
- Ensure all store team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand, Brands and product knowledge
- Coach and motivate individuals within assigned area to maximize their performance

- Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store
