Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturing of undergarment, corsetry, functional underwear and lingerie product.

Location: Muang, Chonburi

Basic Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 THB

Working day: Monday – Friday (08.00 am - 05.00 pm)

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct research to identify potential market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to identify new business opportunities.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with the company's offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development activities. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.
• At least 7 years experiences or 3 years in Management level.
• Deep understanding of the industry or sector in which the company operates, including knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential for closing deals and building client relationships.
•  Proficiency in data analysis and market research to make informed decisions and strong networking abilities to establish and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
