Our client is a global construction company, has oversea branches around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development (Project finding): finding potential projects & partners; for potential partners, mostly local developers but possibly land owner
- Feasibility Study: P/L & C/F estimation
- Research & Analysis for potential project: Location & competitor Analysis
- Overall Market Research & Reporting: Gather & summarize news articles and published reports
- Mass estimation: Estimate and advice of mass / not a level of Mass study being done with architects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architectural, Finance or related field,
- About 10 years (at least more than 5 years) in property sector such like consultancy, developer, etc.
- Experiences in high rise residential (Condominium) in Bangkok
- Architectural Background, degree or work experience is preferred
- Financial estimation for development project.
- Should be familiar with relevant laws & regulations for the real estate development and market practices
- Good English communication in both of verbal and written
