• Perform Infrastructure management for Microsoft Exchange 2013, Office365 suite.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.
• Solve the problem, apply change configuration follow customer request.
• Track/record information in case manage the system.
• Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer performance solutions, coordinate implementation.
• Update/create/maintain manual operation document.
• Create and submit report documents to the customer.
