- Perform Infrastructure management for Microsoft Exchange 2013, Office365 suite.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.
- Solve the problem, apply change configuration follow customer request.
- Track/record information in case manage the system.
- Perform root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents, engineer performance solutions, coordinate implementation.
- Update/create/maintain manual operation document.
- Create and submit report documents to the customer.
