Description
Perform on-site customer service and technical support
Install systems and manage customer sign-off/ confirmation
Diagnose problem and troubleshooting
Identify, handle and resolve equipment-related technical issues
Provide maintenance and facilitate equipment operation training for customers
Advise on technical improvement to optimize quality, efficiency and reducing cost.
Prepare technical issues reports
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Microelectronic, Semiconductor, or a related field.
3-5 years of work experiences in Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer (Field Instrument), Application Engineer (Semiconductor), Factory Engineer, Electronic Engineer
Experiences in production equipment handling, PC and Software
Flexible on travelling mainly on site customer at Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi, Phra Nakhon Si and Pathumthani
Able to support overseas site if requested, once or twice a year in SEA/ USA/ Europe
Good English communication
Live nearby main workplaces area (Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi) is highly considered.
