Job Descriptions:
- Main respond is provide Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Calibrations, Commissioning, and emergency repairs products at clients site
- Provide high standard level of customer services (on-time, high quality, good service mind) base on safety policy and standard of clients and company
- Provide training about products usage, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting for clients
- Be window person between clients and company
- Ensure constant communication between clients and company
- Get clients' needs and enquiries
- Maintain long-term relationship and satisfaction
- Respond for RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) on Rubber and Polytest Instrument
- Handle all paperwork (Itineraries, Services call reports, Switch and onsite report, Expense reports, and Tracking reports)
- Support Area Sales Manager
- Maintain "Trunk" Inventory
Requirements:
- Male
- Age is not over 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Service for Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, Software / Windows, Database Management, or Networking fields
- Able and willing to travel upcountry (60% is overnight travelling)
- Strong practical in English communication skill
- Has personal car
- Driving ability with driving license
Other Information:
- Working Day: Monday - Friday
- Working Time: 8.00 - 17.00
- Probation 6 months
- Interview 3 - 4 rounds
