Our client, a Japanese Manufacturing company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Legal Officer
Qualification
- Male or Female, age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business law or related fields
- 3 years’ experience in legal, FDA, BOI and deal with oversea
- Ability to draft and review contracts in Thai and English languages
- Legal knowledge of commercial business including factory law and labor law
- Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, and communication skill
- Good English communication skill
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Able to travel to Chonburi factory 1-2time/week
Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing domestic and international contracts
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in Thai and English languages
- Negotiation on terms and conditions of contracts
- Respond to legal consultation
- Establishing and developing procedures to minimize legal risk
- Legal Compliance
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Working Location: Phromphong (able to travel to Chonburi factory 1-2time/week)
