Our client is a leader of industrial cleaning solutions who serve main clients in refinery, oil & gas business. Currently, they are looking for potential candidate who can fulfil their requirement as following;
- Develop programs to maintain overall profitability and sales growth of business.
- Effectively motivate field sales personnel to achieve yearly sales quota.
- Management sales and marketing team, working with sales team for building business also training sales team and giving advice for achieving KPI’s, sending marketing emails to customers.
- Hold quarterly meetings with each of the territory mangers to review their sales plan.
- Effectively communicate with all team leader as needed to complete necessary duties.
- Travel with field sales personnel to develop sales distribution networks.
- Research and report potential target industries and clients, attend meeting with clients alongside sales personals and make sure the company searching for new market opportunities and maximize inbound sales opportunities, taking care all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical or similar fields
- Baseline foundation of knowledge of chemical cleaning solution, heat exchanger and other rotating equipment
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in the Oil & Gas or Offshore market segment
- Excellent business acumen, extensive market and industry knowledge, and are team players.
- Strong communication skills, including good verbal and written Thai and English language skills
