Our client is one of the leading crystal businesses in Thailand
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day sales administrative activities to support key account (jewelry and non-jewelry)
- Assisting sales team in ensuring customer data and maintaining in CRM system
- Providing accurate and on time quotation / invoice / and other related documents
- Managing customer credit terms to ensure on the time payment
- Attending internal and external client meetings as required by Key account
- Scheduling sales meetings with client
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Thai nationality only
- Experienced working with multi-national company
- At least 3-4 year experience in B2B sales support admin
- Good personality and communication skills
- Direct experience in jewelry industry is an advantage
- Good computer skill and English language proficiency
- Ability to multi-task, dynamic and work well under pressure
