Position: Sales Representative - Life Sciences
Salary Budget: 50K - 53K

Location: Bangrak, Bangkok
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and assisting commercially in Thailand and Vietnam for Life Sciences Accounts.
- Support and co-ordinate sample request for Life Sciences in the assigned territories.
- Coordinate Sales Orders, generate, update and order management to Sales Manager, coordinate and manage local distributors and support and solve local’s issue and support customers when needed.
- Responsible for sales data, local market reports generation, analysis and management when required.
- Responsible for sampling activity and sample request for Life Science in the assigned region.
- Assist with Standard regulatory submissions from customers request to QA/RA team for standard response.
- Assist in application of Thai FDA import license of food ingredients to Thailand.
- Assist in processing local sales and marketing activities in Thailand, such as exhibitions, publications of materials.
- Organize regional sales & marketing meetings, customer training sessions, if planned to be hosted in Thailand.
- Process for any indirect purchases (supplies, food lab equipment) as maybe required by a regional Nutrition Lab, located in Thailand.
- Assist in local account receivable management.
- Process for price set-up and entry in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Obtained Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business Management or related fields.
- Thai Nationality, male or female age between 27-35 years old.
- At least 3 years experiences in marketing, sales & sales support, in Trading or Life Science company.
- Experiences in dealing with logistics, sales forces and FDA documentation is strongly preferred.
- Great interpersonal, communication problem solving skills.
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
