Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years sales experience preferably in HORECA sales in Bangkok
- Existing network of clients is a strong asset
- Qualification in F&B, management, marketing or sales
- Gourmet food experience, product category knowledge is a strong asset
- Client focus with good communication skills
- Self-starter, driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and spoken Thai and English is a must.
Job description
- Responsible for expanding gourmet / fine food sales via new accounts while retaining existing clients (90%):
- Utilize his/her existing network of HORECA clients, chefs, procurement officers, decision makers to promote and secure new orders
- Widen product offering and monthly sales value with existing clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Schedule sales activity, planning, organizing own daily work schedule to grow client base including desk research, cold calls, B2B meetings, participation at networking events, trade fairs, etc.
- Ensure timely deliveries, handle complaints and increase client satisfaction/retention in collaboration with Operations
- Monitor client payments and ensure timely collection
- Update his/her product knowledge continuously in line with our growing portfolio
- Any other sales related tasks assigned by the Director
- Ensure up-to-date sales reporting (10%):
- Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly demand forecast
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans
- Manage all incoming sales inquiries, maintain sales client database
- Perform periodic competitive market research
