Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team Management and coaching
- Liaise with client and candidate on recruitment process.
- Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to identify the clients implicit needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirement and satisfaction;
- Maintaining and expanding the client database.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by driving sales & KPI activities;
- Developing and motivating the team to achieve sales & KPI goals;
- Assisting team members by providing workable solutions and guidance for future reference;
- Leading by example in terms of being a successful Recruitment Professional
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality only, male & female, obtained Bachelor’s Degree above.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRM, marketing/sales and/or customer service area.
- Direct experience from recruitment agency preferable.
- Good command of English with Computer literacy.
- Background in Management with good human relations skill
- Having a successful track record (consistently achieving targets) would be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- Interested in sales target and result- oriented attitude
- Pleasant and smart personality, and is self-confident with strong interpersonal skills.
- Superb Skills in the areas of Negotiation, Presentation, Selling, Coordinating and Problem Solving.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
