Job Description

Our client, Japanese Company which is well known for Real Estate Company. They are looking for a Property Developer to join their team in Thailand.

Position: Property Developer

Job Descriptions:

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Provide detailed information and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Property survey and site visit
  • To work and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth executions of the sales & business development objectives
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
  • Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, Age not over 40 years old (THAI Nationality ONLY!)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in business or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Real Estate, Property
  • As a good salesperson, having a drive and strong commitment; like challenging targets
  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Pleasant personality, good human relation and a team player.

Working hours: Mon – Fri / 9:000 AM. – 06:00 PM.

Location: Sathorn
