Our client, Japanese Company which is well known for Pharmaceutical business with long history, is now seeking for a Product Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company's portfolio in the assigned area/region in order to meet established sales targets
- Promote and sell the assigned products, mainly to Neurologists and Psychiatrists, to achieve the sales and profit targets, as well as customer satisfaction
- Works closely with other members of the sales and marketing team including those of business partner
- Develop and define micro-marketing plan and budget to support sales target achievement based on the strategic business plan guidelines from product manager and team in the assigned area
- Establish and maintain relationship with Key Opinion Leader by providing product presentation and discussion with doctors related to the information and latest update on company's products
- Identify targeted, visiting in systematical manner, analyze and evaluate total prescription of company's products
- Implement micro-marketing activities according to the plan
- Cooperate with sales team and other departments including those of business partner to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing plan/strategies
- Develop and maintain product and medical knowledge
- Support sales team including that of business partner for sales activities in the assigned area
- Perform another task assigned by superior
Qualification required:
- Any Gender, Age 25 – 36, Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical Science/ Nursing/ Medical Technology/ Science
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related fields in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in sales targeting Neurologists and/or Psychiatrists is an advantage
- Experience in marketing is a plus
- Self-Motivated, result-oriented, team player and service minded
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with excellent communication
- Able to travel to work between Bangkok and Upcountry
- Good command in English both writing and speaking
- High responsibility and able to work flexible hours
- Computer literate, especially in Excel and Power Point
- Have own car
- Pharmacist license preferred
Location: BTS Area
Working time: Mon – Fri / 8:00 AM. – 5:00 PM.
