Our client is Japanese Nationality Company, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as a Legal Officer / Legal Chief
Qualifications Required:
- Male, Female Age 23-40 years old
- Bachelor’s or higher in Law with a Thai lawyer license/ Barrister at law
- At least 1-7 year-experiences in corporate legal field
- Good command of English (both writing & speaking skills), TOEIC > 700 (advantage)
- Notarial service attorney (preferable)
- On the job experience in law firm (tier-one firm) will be advantage
- Analytical thinking skill with self-motivated and service-minded personality
- Able to adapt multitask, fast learner and professional working proficiency
Specific Knowledge:
- Strong experience in drafting & reviewing contracts or legal documents and handling labor dispute & litigation
- Intensive experience in factory, environment or tax law related field
Job Description:
- To draft and review commercial contracts and documents, including meeting with relevant parties with respect to contract matter
- To provide legal advice on legal related matters to minimize potential legal risk and cope with the company’s business operation
- To coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source
- To research laws and government regulations for all department awareness and action, and perform other tasks as assigned
- To complete all assignment as assign
Location: Huaykwang, Samrong (Near BTS)
Working Time: Monday – Friday, 8.00 AM – 17.00 PM and some Saturday
