Our client is a global company who has headquarter in Thailand is now looking for a talented people to join their regional office in the position Legal Manager (Commercial Law).
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Law with strong corporate legal understanding. (LLM from overseas is an advantage)
- At least 5 years’ experience of commercial law in management level.
- Experience from leading international law firms or reputable companies is preferred
- Strong initiative, strategic planning, result driven, analytical skills, presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English with very good communication skills.

Job Description:
- Provide advice on the areas of commercial and contractual.
- Manage creation of legal and compliance guidelines and processes to be followed by all divisions and departments within the Group.
- Advise managements on government regulations and legal rights.
- Legal support on new investment activities, including due diligence on M&A targets.
- Draft, review and revise commercial proposal and draft business documents.
