Salary: 100,000 -120,000 THB (Negotiable)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Manager to oversee end‑to‑end airfreight operations while supporting commercial activities and product development. This role requires strong operational leadership, deep knowledge of airfreight processes, and the ability to work closely with sales teams to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage airfreight import and export operations to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs including transit time, cost efficiency, service quality, and on‑time performance.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, IATA standards, customs procedures, and company SOPs.
• Allocate resources, manage workload, and support problem resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Provide operational input for commercial proposals and customer presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and airline partners.
• Identify market needs and collaborate with regional/global teams to develop competitive airfreight products.
• Analyze industry trends and propose new service offerings, routing options, and value‑added solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airfreight operations within a freight forwarder environment.
• Strong understanding of airfreight routing, carrier management, regulations, and operational flows.
• Experience supporting commercial teams — RFQ, pricing, solution design.
• Knowledge of airfreight product development or service design is a strong advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good English and Thai
• Proficient in English and familiar with operational systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP TM, or similar).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and customer‑centric attitude.
