Responsibility:
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Team Leads to make sure our projects are delivered efficiently following our best practices.
- Work closely with our Product Managers to guide our clients in their product development.
- Instigate curiosity and continuous learning in the development.
- Code reviews, guide, and coach and encourage with team members, improve the engineering skills of the team.
- Perform regular one-on-ones and performance reviews with your direct reports.
- Work closely with our Talent Team to improve our recruitment processes.
- Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the CTO
Qualification:
- Have 5 years experience and strong in web development part and strong experience as a Team leader
- Experience in Ruby, Elixir, JavaScript, Node.JS, Go, PHP, and Python
- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
- Building great SDLC applications involves thinking about reusability, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Have "Can do attitude" and Good product mindset, logical thinking, and good leadership and have people management skill
- Good in communicating in English.
