Job Responsibilities:
- Lead in negotiation of contracts and stay competitive in hospitals landscape
- Conduct strategic planning and goal setting for each key account, develop a comprehensive hospital business
- Work closely with Ethical Sales Director to build business opportunities
- Structure business partnerships through long term contracts with key hospitals
- Ensure product availability, facilitates shaping and creation of protocol/ access programs
- Drive usage of commercial formula and establish nutrition assessment and nutrition care protocols
- Identify new nutrition and treatment management protocols for new product launch opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related
- Minimum 7 years working experience in Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare or Nutrition industry: with proved sales/key account experience to ethical products/channel
- Experience in sales ethical products to hospital in private and public hospital before
- Team management experience, excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Good understanding of Ethical/Nutrition category customer and market dynamics
