Responsibilities
- Arrange the sale action plan under strategies and policies determined by the company
- Sell the products by establishing contact and developing business relationships to Customers
- Maintains relationship with coatomer by providing supportive information and guidance
- Follow up with any problems of customer and provide after-sell service to continuously
- improve service
- Prepare the report by collecting analyzing, and summarizing information and report to concerns
- Contributes to the team as required
Requirement
- Open gender, 35-45 years old.
- Over 5 years of experience as Sales in Automotive parts, Machinery or home appliance business.
- Good communication skill in Japanese (JLPTN2 level up) and good command in English as well.
- Has driving license.
- Has experience to manage sales team, control budget, sales planning, etc.
- Mature and smart personality.
