Our client is Plastics Injection Molding Machine. is seeking for Spare Part and Service Coordinator who have background in Service Coordinator or Customer Support , or Administration role, understand in Import & Export document, this position requires close cooperation with service teams, and other branch of the company as well as the production factories in oversea, as below is qualification;

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the International Spare parts administrations, Service Manager as well as the Spare Part Administrator in the production factories
  • Provide spare parts sales support to our sales and service team in Thailand
  • Process quotations, PO’s, Orders, Involving and payments for spare parts and communicates to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate the handling of claimed parts and the return of defective parts
  • Make appointments with customer for service jobs
  • Partly price negotiation with customers in Thailand
  • Coordinate the import & Export of all spare parts (new order , return, shipment for delivery)
  • Follow up quotation from factories in Austria, Korea and China.
  • Follow up PO's from customers.
  • Issue Invoice, receipt and delivery note to customers 
  • Follow up payment (pending payment) with customer
  • Manages communication with customer in Thailand 
  • Preparation of shipping documents and arranging shipments of spare parts to regional Engel entities and external customers, Shipping and forwarding agents
  • Prepares spare parts monthly reporting
  • Other tasks assigned by the Service Director SEA  

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Strong technical background desired
  • Good level in spoken and written English is a must
  • Positive attitude and relationship
  • Mature, Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills
  • Able to work independently, effectively in multi-cultural environment and handle multi-tasks
  • Good computer literacy and Microsoft office application
  • Experience of SAP system is an advantage but not essential
