Our client a VoIP and Network Solution is now seeking for a Head of Channel sale, who can manage and implement sale strategies and manage relationship with their customer.
Responsibilities:
- Devising and implement the company’s sale strategy
- Implementing sale strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness
- Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on finance gain and customer satisfaction
- Setting activity and revenue target for member of the sale team
- Motivation the sale team to achieve the best result as possible
- Working on account management plans with the sale process, open new customer
- Implement variety of new business initiatives to drive sales
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
- Spotting market opportunity for new customers
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing client and identify new prospects
- Create & maintain an online business plan and responsible for all online activities and provide analytic reports of online sales
- Keeping a close eye on the sale activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate
Qualification
- Male or female, Thai National only
- Bachelor of Science, Business Administration or relate field
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales in Router, switches, VoIP, Wireless, Telecommunication
- Excellent organization skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Previous experience successfully managing sales team ideally from a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams, motivate
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written to include writing and group presentation
