Our client is an international video-game developer locating in Sukhumvit area. Currently, they are looking for an HRBP Assistant Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all rounded HRBP duties
- Provide administrative support to departments or individuals
- Coordinate with outside partners; legal and accounting firms
- Assist on business development and marketing project
- Responsible of Visa processes for foreign employees
- Occasional translations
- Handle office budget, finance, invoices
- Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Thai (Chinese is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, secretarial, finance, legal duties or similar
- Knowledge in Human Resources, finance and legal areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good critical thinking skills and methodical
- Detailed-oriented, diligent and able to work under pressure
- Autonomous, able to take initiatives and able o work alone or with a team
- Comfortable to work in international/English speaking environment
