Our client is an international video-game developer locating in Sukhumvit area. Currently, they are looking for an HRBP Assistant Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all rounded HRBP duties
  • Provide administrative support to departments or individuals
  • Coordinate with outside partners; legal and accounting firms
  • Assist on business development and marketing project
  • Responsible of Visa processes for foreign employees
  • Occasional translations
  • Handle office budget, finance, invoices
  • Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Thai (Chinese is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, secretarial, finance, legal duties or similar
  • Knowledge in Human Resources, finance and legal areas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good critical thinking skills and methodical
  • Detailed-oriented, diligent and able to work under pressure
  • Autonomous, able to take initiatives and able o work alone or with a team
  • Comfortable to work in international/English speaking environment

Location: Bangkok – Sukhumvit (BTS area)
