Our client, Japanese logistic business. Now they are seeking for candidate to join as;
- Oversee HR included recruitment, compensation, benefit, training
- Maintain and develop HR system to ensure effectiveness of HR management
- Responsible for compensation and benefit programs to remain or develop program
- Update rule and regulations to aligned with Thai laws
- Analyze employee survey report to create the action plan
- Support and advise management on effective HRM plan
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Over 5 years’ experience in HR
- Good knowledge in Thai labor law
- Good communication skills in English and Thai
