Our client is Japanese Company, well known manufacturing company is seeking for HR Mgr. candidate detail as below;
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality, Female
- Age between 38 - 45 years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration Political Science, Public Administration or any related filed
- 10 years working experience in HRM, HRD, Admin function
- Experience with Japanese Manufacturing with over 200 staffs is preferable
- Experience about changing and setting up the regulation, company rule and evaluation of staffs
- Good command in English
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall HR & Admin function, HRM, HRD, Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Organization Development, Changing company regulations, etc.
- Report directly to Japanese MD
